Annually pension reports

most of us who have began work in part-time jobs for students, already aware the fact of the pension agencies. 

we all know that every month we "loose" some percents from our salary for the continious pension account. 

but do we know that in 40 years time that account will be 70% from our own capital???? 

from that reason i think we all need to read thier reports, understand all the small marks and generally where the money goes!
