Looking for a new job? Some TIPS...

Hi,
Some of us work in different companies, different positions. Soon we are going to graduate the Technion and find an engineer position. In the article, there are some tips how to look for a new job when you are still working in your student position.
I'll give some spoilers from the article:

    I just want to say that being discreet is really important, but sometimes you can benefit if your employer finds out that you are looking for a job (it happened to my brother and he got a promotion), so be discreet but don't be too cautious.

      In my opinion, being discreet with your employer, is depand on the relations between of the employer and the employee. Moreover, you should know what kind of boss he is, if he would accept "a move" like that or not.

  2. I can add from my personal experience that is is not that easy to search for a job while working in another company, so like More mentioned discreetness is so so important.
    My suggestion is to delete from CV any references to the current company but to leave the qualifications you gained in it.
    When other companies will call you, you can tell them the name of the company, but you should ask for a fully discreetness.
    Thant is what I did and it worked perfectly.
