Hi everybody,
We all going to be young managers soon and i found this nice article that gives some usefull tips regarding how to behave in your first steps as managers. I also like the wat it's written: first, the tit in a short sentence and then a short xplanation. It impliments the idea of KISS and i reccomend you all to read and keep :)
