As the design of our website is progressing we have come
together to some important decisions:
The paragraphs written in our TIPS page will be an
introduction to a more thorough and wealthy pages that will expand every
subject, such as “Technical Arrangements”, “Clothing” etc.
We will broaden our
research of the behavior in job interviews by consulting with lecturers at the
Technion.
The reading assignment for the last session helped us
understand that we should maintain an active blog in our site, so that the site
visitors could share their information regarding job interviews at specific
companies.
We decided to add “Expert Tips” where we will interview some
senior managers and question them regarding what they think that is important to
find in applicants who want to get hired at their company.
We would like to add another technical tool in our site like
an advanced search or something at the field of data mining but until now we
don’t have any useful idea – if someone has an effective one please share :)
