The will power chalenge

After reading the material I was reconsidering the importance of the will power. I'm sure every one of us has at least one goal he wants to come true but we don't find the way, the time or any required resources for it. I found the introduction very interesting but this will be quite useful to hear a bout the "gold" without seeing it. I think a little insight from the surveys in the book, and the personal assignments every reader has to face will contribute us rather any introduction or explanation about the will power.
