I would like to give thanks to Professor Eitan Gerstner for showing such remarkable attention to his students.
Eitan noticed that I wasn’t eating sandwiches during the breaks and he cared enough to ask me why.
When I explained I don’t like vegetables in my sandwich he promised to order some sandwiches without vegetables for the next session, and he remembered to keep that promise even after a two week holiday break.
