As we write in our site, the interview part is the most important one during applicant's recruitment process.
Our site, Interjob, offers tools and tips for engineering students particularly from the Technion to help them pass their job interview successfully.
Our MVP includes the main sheet of the site and also the Tips page which we created with help of professional employers and material.
We are sure that the site will help many applicants deal with job interviews, and provides them the right knowledge to conquer the next hill in their life :)

Great idea I would love to use your site read materials and also I suggest adding videos for people who prefer to see videos instead of reading long articles.
ReplyDeleteIt will be a great idea to create a Facebook fan page and insert a tab with have your website in it, in that way people can enter your site without getting out from Facebook.

I also agree with Adi, it will be very cool to add some video tutorials instead of text ones, you can do that preparing a PowerPoint presentation and the using a program like camtasia to record a video with you narrating the text.

General interviewring tips:
ReplyDelete1. It is extremely important to get in a good mood and good ENERGIES before entering the interview.
2. You have to know that you are still not in, not until the moment you set your foot in the building for your first day.
3. If you can't get in a good mood, be sure to make the switch in your ming the moment you enter the interview room

ReplyDeleteI think it is important for the surfers in your site to realize that this site is something special, only for their intimate group. That they are lucky to be part of the site. Maybe you can do this by linking them to "mentors"- people that work in the type of job they would like to get accepted to. And in the future these people, having been accepted to the job, will serve as mentors themselves and so forth..

ReplyDeleteI think that a focused website on job interviews is better then spending hours of searching in the internet for relevant tips and information to pass the job interview.
I suggest you to add to your website not only the tips for a "right" behaviour but also what not to do during the interview.

Hey, first of all I think its a good idea to have a knowledge database about job interviews!
ReplyDeleteSecond, its really important to have more than "the 8 seconds" on the homepage, so please change the cover photo to something with happy and more young people.
Third, you should write a few topics in your forum, I don't think someone else would start, unless there is something to read.
