If you have the video as a link you can just embed the link as a referral in your post.
If you got the video as data, you can either - click on "add a video" next to "add a picture" in the post interface - upload it on GoogleDrive and send us the link (don't forget to set privacy as "everybody with the link has access") - upload it with any website you may find by typing in "upload video" on google
