The KAIZEN way

one step for a big change
I have  received an interesting book about the Kaizen way which focus on how can you be successful and how can you maintain your success.
the KAIZEN is a Japanese method for achieving goals and  keeping on excellence.
I have chosen to share a helpful  tip from the book:
"a thousand steps' journey must begin from one little step"- the secret is little steps for achieving a sustainable change.
Step by step rather than drastic change  - focusing on little goals and not on the bottom line.
how?
a. Ask little questions
b. Think little thoughts
c. Little acts
d. Solve little problems
e. Give little rewards
f. Recognize and appreciate little moments
The book explains how to implement each step and offers a simple technique which treats the psychological aspect and helps minimize the fear and concerns which arise from drastic changes.
Breaking down the task into small steps helps to deal with fear - every small step can be implemented and within reach.
