TechnionIntern - Concierge MVP Lesson Learned

In the last weeks, we practiced the method "Concierge MVP" several times with local, exchange and international students.

We were sitting next to the students, observing their reactions as well as the order of pages visited and took notes of their feedback. Our experiences:

- problems on different browsers and computers
- misleading layout, buttons, links
- good propositions, e.g. useful links section, useful documents, Haifa map, cafeterias, restaurants, museums ...
- personal difficulties e.g. during arrival (dorms, cellphones, money exchange). We can learn from different students' problems.
- We discovered that our website is also useful for local students, as they found information they were searching for.

We are really satisfied with the feedback and all the adjustment propositions collected through the "Concierge MVP" on our website. We already applied lots of interesting ideas and will continue actively.
